Well...We Were Outplayed.

Montreal outplayed and clearly deserved to beat the B.C. Lions in the East-Final. B.C. started great with a Field Goal on the opening drive. But Montreal responded right back and tied it with a field goal of there own and then everything seemed to break down beginning with a fumble by Martell Mallett and then a INT throw by Casey Printers. The final score was 56-18. Lets hope all our rookies and young guys this year will improve alot coming into next year. GO LIONS GO!

Hard Win, but we will definatly take it.

The B.C. Lions won a battle of a game today VS. Winnepeg. Buck Pierce injured his shoulder and his replacement Travis Lulay played fairly decent getting close to 100 Rushing yards. One problem with Lulay however is that he did not pass the ball alot. When he did pass the ball he rarely looked at Geroy Simon and Paris Jackson who are our 2 main WR's. He will need to work on mixing it up a little bit more next week. Throw to all his WR's and run as well. This will keep the other teams defense guessing more often. We also have to improve on not turning the ball over so many times. Great win by the Lions today. We are for the first time this season over .500 and we are 1 point away from first in the Western Conferance. GO LIONS GO!

B.C. Lions Management

We know how good Wally Buono and his colleges are at finding talent when it comes to football. But are they this good? Are they going to be able to find the players who will fill in all the gaps that have been left open this off-season? This will be a very big challenge. Every player will have to step up as well, if we want to make it into the post-season. It will be interesting to see you this season turns out.
